Q.1 CAN I PRACTICE AS A MBBS DOCTOR AFTER TAKING PARA MEDICAL COURSE CERTIFICTE FROM YOUR INSTITUTE?
ANS. NO You can’t Practice like a MBBS Doctor after completing Para medicine course. Para mean extra you can work as assistant of qualified doctor According to Hony. Supreme Court judgment. The paramedical CMS diploma holder can practice as diploma holding basic doctor where is no doctors you can practice as community health server (primary doctor) on the base hon. Supreme Court judgment.  The Inquiry Officer does not harress on practicing on the basis of CMS diploma , because they will fear in himself that a case of deny of supreme court judgement may be file against him , u will show him respectfully the papers of C.M.S. & some related papers which will be given by the institute, to u . If inquiry officer will send us for the verification of your certificates .We will send him verification with all facts by our legal advisers of High Court & Supreme Court. प्रश्न – १ ) क्या आपकी संस्था से पैरामेडिकल में प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर हम MBBS डॉक्टर की तरह प्रैक्टिस कर सकते है ? 
उत्तर – नहीं , आप पैरामेडिकल कोर्स के प्रमाण पत्रों से  MBBS डॉक्टर की तरह प्रैक्टिस नहीं  कर सकते है , पैरा माने “अतिरिक्त ” अर्थात आप सहायक के रूप में काम कर सकते है , माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णय के अनुसार CMS डिप्लोमा धारी चिक्तिसक प्राथमिक चिकित्सक के रूप में चिकित्सा  कार्य कर सकते है , अपने मरीजो को मेडिकल प्रमाण पत्र दे सकते है – सुप्रीम कोर्ट का निर्णय होने से कोई अधिकारी महोदय परेशान नहीं करते है क्योंकि परेशान करने पर उनके विरूद्ध सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अवमानना का केस लग सकता है , तुम्हे केवल संस्था द्वारा दिए गये प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ कुछ प्रपत्र अलग संस्था  सेऔर  दिए जाते है , जिन्हें सम्मान पूर्वक अधिकारी महोदय को दिखाना होता है – यदि अधिकारी महोदय हमारी संस्था से कोई जाँच आख्या / वेरिफिकेशन मांगते है तो उन्हें अपने हाई कोर्ट / सुप्रीम कोर्ट के लीगल एडवाइजरतथा इस संस्था  की ओर  से सत्यापन भेज दिया जाता है।  अत: बिना किसी भय के भगवान् को याद करते हुए सच्ची सेवा भावना के साथ पीड़ित मानवता की सेवा करे और यदि कोई भ्रमात्मक तथ्य हो तो प्रात : रात्रि – 9-11 P.M. & A.M. संपर्क कर सकते है

Q.2 Can I write the word “DOCTOR” with my name after completing Para medical course/or alternative medical course? 
ANS. No you can?t affix the doctor word with your name. After completing paramedical course. You can write word doctor or alternative doctor with your name after completing naturopathy, yoga and alternative courses.

Q.3 Can I get employment in private or govt. sector after completing the course?
ANS. IT is depending upon the employing govt or private institute or organization as their requirement on the basis of these certificates if any employing institute or originations give you job and ask us for verification of your certificate. Our organization will send them verification of your training certificates. These certificates will be proof of your qualification in the related subject.

Q.4 What is alternative medicines or alternative medical systems? 
ANS. The medicines or the system, which are used to make healthy person or to remove diseases, except allopathic system. Known as alternative medicine or alternative systems. In some 5 to 6 countries the govt board /council is constituted as In India the first part alternative systems as Ayurved homoeopathy, unani & siddha, naturopathy & yoga are recognised by Govt. In second part acupresure, acupunture, herbal medical, home remedies, electrohompathy sun there meditation massage yoga & naturopathy etc under private sector. In third part naturopathy & yoga run by both.

Qustion- 5 :  What is RMP Registration Define It ?

Answer : The Meaning of RMP is Registered Medical Practitioner in INDIA, Initially RMP Certificate were issued by The Govt. on Experience base for Allopathic/Ayurvedic General Practice. Later on it had been closed due to opposition of training holder Doctors since a long it is Closed till today. 
  So the RMP Registration are issued By this Organization or the institutes which are Registered By The Govt. It is a Metter of consideration of the Govt. that more then 50-60 Lacks RMP Doctors are providing their Primary Health Care Services in rural ,urban and also in city areas .These Doctors are not allowed Freely to Practice Nor Strongly Prohibited . There is no rule to give training to these Doctors By Govt. It is Under Planning As The Letter No. 110/8/4/77MPT/ME(P)1979 & No. 46/70MPT of Govt. of INDIA. According to the News of Leading News Paper’s Daily Amar Ujala & Dainik JagranNow The Govt. being prepared to imparting training & issuing Registration of Experience Holding Doctors. So, our Organisation is issuing RMP Registration On Merit base For Taking Registration form the Govt. This RMP Certificate Will be a Proof of the duration of Practice of a practitioner or Doctor At the time of Being Registration by Govt. So any experience Doctor/Practitioner/Eager Professional can take RMP registration certificate from this organisation. The organistion will safe gaurd to the RMP doctors as he will bind the ruleso of the Council  the Govt. The RMP Certificate will be issued By the Enrolment Council of the registered Medical practitiner an unit of The Moved IOSMS University Reg. by Govt .

ON BEING ENQUIRY THE CERTIFICATES FOUND FALSE & THE INSTITUTE OFFICE FOUND CLOSED AND CERTIFICATE HOLDER DOCTOR PROVE FALSE IN HIMSELF SO BE -WARE AND CAREFUL —– BFFORE TAKING CERTIFICATES FROM ANY INSTITUTE ASK ATLEAST 4 QUESTIONS .

1 ) ARE YOUR INSTITUTE IS WORKING MORE THAN 10 YEARS – AGO . HAVE U ALL RECORDS – ON BEING ENQUIRY BY C.M.O. , DRUG INSPECTOR /POLICE / MEDIA OR ANY RELATED EXCECUTIVE – WILL U GIVE /SEND VERIFICATION ?
2) CAN I SHOW YOUR CERTIFICATES TO THE C.M.O. / DRUG INSPECTOR /POLICE / MEDIAEtc. BEFORE START PRACTICE ?
3 ) WILL U SHOW YOUR OFFICE ADDRESS  / IN YOUR CERTIFICATE
4) WILL U  SHOW REGISTRATION NO. / ACT NUMBER   WHICH IS ALLOTTED BY U BY GOVERNMENT
IF ANY INSTITUTE GIVE ANSWER IN YES.. U CAN TAKE CERTIFICATES WITHOUT HESITATION , BUT BEFORE TAKING CERTIFICATES — U WILL  SEE THE SPECIMEN OF THE CERTIFICATE  .
5 ) CAN I RECEIVE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FROM C.M.O. OFFICE OF OUR DISTRICT ON BEHALF OF CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY U .?
